Additional notes to Standing Orders

In HR 5706, we just lost the first election. This gives us the opportunity to boost our influence to try and overtake the leading factions above us. If we really put the Hammer down, and do it right, we may be able to secure the control of the system with just 1 war.

All hands to the pumps, and engage missions and bounty hunting in HR 54706.
